This contract is between Now Citizens and __________(the "Client") dated ________.

The Client is hiring Now Citizens for genealogical services described in this contract. Now Citizens and the Client agree as follows:

PAYMENT PLAN (IF APPLICABLE)

The Client shall pay a total of $________ to Now Citizens, excluding taxes and fees. The payments shall be broken down as follows:

For Elite Plans only, 60% of the total plan price shall be considered a non-refundable deposit. Payments toward all other assistance plans are non-refundable.

The remaining balance shall be paid in monthly installments of $______ for __ month(s) on the first of every month until the balance is paid in full. By choosing a payment plan, the Client allows Now Citizens to automatically charge the card on file each month until the balance is paid in full.

CLIENT DEFAULT

The Client’s failure to make a timely payment when due shall constitute a material default under this Contract.

REMEDIES ON CLIENT DEFAULT

In the event of Client Default, Now Citizens may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the Client. Written notice shall be defined as any written communication, such as email, phone text message, or physical letter. This notice shall describe with sufficient detail the nature of the default. The Client, in receiving such notice, shall have 15 calendar days from the effective date of notice to cure the default(s). Unless waived by Now Citizens, the failure to cure the default(s) within the time period shall result in the automatic termination of this Contract without refund or compensation of any kind to the Client.

IRISH NOW ELITE PLAN DETAILS:

IRISH NOW ELITE PLAN SERVICES PROVIDED

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Now Citizens agrees to provide the following services to the Client under the Irish Now Elite Plan:

• Collection and retrieval of all required ancestral and vital records necessary to establish eligibility for Irish citizenship by descent, including records from both Irish and non-Irish jurisdictions;

• Comprehensive genealogical research and preparation of a custom family lineage chart to support the citizenship application;

• Assistance with the Client’s completion and preparation of all application forms necessary for citizenship recognition by the Irish government;

• Ongoing access to guidance and support via email, text, or phone until the Client’s file has been fully compiled;

• Expert review of all documentation for completeness and accuracy, including identification and assistance with remediation of discrepancies or deficiencies found in the records;

• Apostilles obtained on all non-Irish documents where necessary;

• An online portal for the uploading and review of scanned documents collected by Now Citizens;

• Delivery of a final binder containing all completed application materials, mailed directly to the Client for submission to the relevant authorities;

• Support with follow-up requests (“homework”) from the Irish government or authorities during or after the application process;

• Assistance with the preparation of documents for an Irish passport following citizenship approval.

IRISH NOW ELITE PLAN EXCLUSIONS

The Irish Now Elite Plan expressly does not include the following:

• Fees associated with any third-party fees or costs, including but not limited to Irish or other government fees, consular or registry charges, court order costs, vital record and document procurement fees, apostille or authentication fees;

• Engagement or payment of attorneys or legal representatives, and any legal fees or costs arising therefrom;

• Translation services and related fees, whether for standard or certified translations;

• Any other services not expressly listed in the “Irish Now Elite Plan Services Provided” section above.

All excluded costs and services shall be the sole responsibility of the Client. The service fee for the Irish Now Elite Plan is non-refundable under any circumstances.

IRISH NOW COMPASS PLAN DETAILS:

IRISH NOW COMPASS PLAN SERVICES PROVIDED:

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Now Citizens agrees to provide the following services to the Client under the Irish Now Compass Plan:

• Preparation of a customized, step‑by‑step guide outlining the process for obtaining Irish citizenship by descent, tailored to the Client’s specific family line and eligibility;

• Pre-filling of all vital record request forms necessary for the collection of supporting documents, to be provided to the Client for review, signature, and submission to the relevant agencies;

• Ongoing access to support and guidance by email, text message, or phone regarding the document collection and citizenship application process until application submission;

• Assistance with the process of retrieving authentications and document apostilles included in the step-by-step guide.

IRISH NOW COMPASS PLAN EXCLUSIONS

The Irish Now Compass Plan is a guidance-based support package and expressly does not include the following:

• Payment of any third-party fees or costs, including but not limited to Irish or foreign government fees, consular or registry charges, court order costs, apostille or authentication fees, translation service charges, postage, or courier fees;

• Engagement or payment of attorneys or legal representatives, and any legal fees or costs arising therefrom;

• Direct procurement, retrieval, or submission of documents or records on behalf of the Client, except as expressly stated otherwise in writing;

• Preparation, mailing, or filing of final citizenship application packages on behalf of the Client;

• Any guarantee or assurance of success in obtaining Irish citizenship, as final approval is at the sole discretion of the Irish authorities;

• Any other services not expressly listed in the “Irish Now Compass Plan Services Provided” section above.

All excluded costs and services shall be the sole responsibility of the Client. The service fee for the Irish Now Compass Plan is non-refundable under any circumstances.

ITALIAN NOW NAVIGATOR PLAN DETAILS:

ITALIAN NOW NAVIGATOR PLAN SERVICES PROVIDED

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Business agrees to provide the following services to the Client under the Italian Now Navigator Plan:

• Preparation of a customized step‑by‑step guide outlining the process for obtaining documents required for Italian citizenship by descent, tailored to the Client’s family history and lineage;

• Comprehensive genealogical research to confirm eligibility and to identify all required supporting documents for the citizenship application;

• Pre‑filling of all vital record request forms and delivery of instructions for submission of such forms via mail or online, as applicable;

• Ongoing access to support and guidance by email, text message, or phone, until the Client’s file has been fully compiled;

• Updates and amendments to the Client’s step‑by‑step guide and request forms in response to requests for additional information by Italian consulates, comuni, or legal counsel;

• Assistance with the process of retrieving authentications and document apostilles included in the step-by-step guide;

• Review of all documentation once it has be compiled by the Client, and notation of potential discrepancies or deficiencies identified in any records;

• Guidance regarding document translation, as well as recommendations for translation services;

• Coordination and support in the event that court orders or legal procedures are required to obtain necessary documentation;

• Assistance with “homework” or follow‑up requests from the Italian consulate or comune, and guidance in completing registration with A.I.R.E. when applicable.

ITALIAN NOW NAVIGATOR PLAN EXCLUSIONS

The Navigator Plan is a self-guided support package and expressly does not include the following:

• Payment of any third-party fees or costs, including but not limited to government fees, consular or comune charges, court order costs, apostille or authentication fees, or postage;

• Engagement or payment of attorneys or legal representatives, and any legal fees or costs arising therefrom;

• Engagement or payment of third-party service providers who assist with submitting applications through a town clerk in Italy;

• Direct procurement of documents or records on behalf of the Client, except as expressly stated otherwise in writing;

• Translation services and related fees, whether for standard or certified translations;

• Any official Italian government application or processing fees;

• Any guarantee or assurance of success in obtaining Italian citizenship;

• Any other services not expressly listed in the “Italian Now Navigator Plan Services Provided” section above.

All excluded costs and services are the sole responsibility of the Client. The service fee for the Navigator Plan is non-refundable under any circumstances.

REFUND POLICY – ELITE PLANS ONLY
There are no refunds on any Navigator or Compass Plans, A La Carte Services, or Eligibility Assistance Services. All non-Elite Plan sales are final.

Each dual citizenship case is unique, and as such, Now Citizens cannot guarantee that dual citizenship will be granted. Our role is solely to provide genealogical research and document retrieval assistance. Only the government has the authority to approve or deny your citizenship application.

If, during the process, Now Citizens determines that the Client has no potential pathway to dual citizenship, a refund of 40% of the total plan cost will be issued, less any third-party fees incurred—except in the following circumstances:

• The Client selected a payment plan and missed one or more scheduled payments.

• The Client has chosen a payment plan and, at the time of the refund request, has not yet paid 60% of the total plan cost. Any amount paid by the Client up to that point shall be considered non-refundable, as it forms part of the 60% non-refundable portion of the total plan fee.

• The Client declined to retain legal counsel when determined necessary by Now Citizens.

• The Client voluntarily terminated this agreement before Now Citizens completed the document collection process. Please see the clause titled “CONTRACT CANCELLATION” for procedures.

• The Client failed to authorize Now Citizens, via limited power of attorney, to obtain the required vital records.

• A court order was necessary to obtain vital records and the Client either refused to file such an order or declined to engage third-party legal representation for that purpose.

• The Client refused or missed their second or third appointment, when such appointments were deemed necessary.

• A government entity refused to issue a required document under the Client’s power of attorney, and the relevant family member refused to authorize or assist Now Citizens in acquiring the document.

• The Client’s file was acknowledged as high-risk or complex prior to beginning services, and the Client chose to proceed regardless.

• Changes in Italian law affected the Client’s eligibility, lead to a loss of eligibility, or required changes or additions to their application process.

• The Client’s file required legal representation to complete the process, but the Client declined to proceed with that legal support.

• The Client pursued an Italian 1948 Case or other Italian judicial petition and was denied citizenship by an Italian judge.

• The Client purchased an Elite Plan after March 2025 with the intent to file a claim through a great-grandparent or further ancestor.

• The Client has a legal case as the only option available to pursue citizenship, even if not a guaranteed success, and chooses not to proceed with hiring a third-party Italian citizenship attorney.

Any of the above circumstances void this refund policy. By signing this contract, the Client acknowledges and agrees that no refund will be provided under these conditions.

Completion of Now Citizens’ contractual obligations shall be defined as the successful retrieval and delivery of all documents required by the consulate, court, or location selected by the Client. Once these services have been fulfilled, no refunds or financial compensation will be issued or considered.

DOCUMENT COLLECTION TIMELINES

The Client acknowledges and agrees that, while Now Citizens will make efforts to advance the document collection, translation, and apostille process under the Elite Plan, no specific timeline or completion deadline is guaranteed. Each case is unique, and the duration required to obtain, translate, and authenticate records may vary significantly, potentially extending to multiple years in some instances. Accordingly, Now Citizens expressly disclaims any representation or warranty as to the time required to complete the document collection process. Refund requests based on the speed or duration of document collection shall not be honored under this Agreement.

GOVERNMENTAL AND THIRD-PARTY FEES

Governmental and third-party fees are not included with the purchase of any Now Citizens assistance plan. All governmental and third-party fees will be invoiced to the Client. On the Elite Plan, all governmental and third-party fees must be paid by the Client in full before any items will be mailed to the Client.

CONTRACT CANCELLATION

In the event that the Client elects to cancel or terminate this Agreement for any reason, all amounts previously paid to Now Citizens shall be deemed non-refundable and considered compensation for services rendered and resources allocated to the Client’s file. The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that any request for a refund or compensation following cancellation shall be denied pursuant to this clause. Furthermore, the Client remains responsible for the full payment of any outstanding balances related to third-party fees incurred for document collection or other external services. Now Citizens shall not be obligated to release any collected records or documentation to the Client until such outstanding third-party fees have been paid in full.

NOW CITIZENS IS NOT A LAW FIRM

Now Citizens is a team of genealogists, not a law firm. Now Citizens' primary goal is to assist the Client with obtaining the records necessary for their citizenship process. Now Citizens cannot provide legal representation if an attorney is required to complete your citizenship. Now Citizens can assist with the hiring of legal counsel at an added expense to the Client if necessary to obtain vital records via court order for the file. Now Citizens can also provide recommendations to citizenship attorneys when necessary for one to complete the Client’s citizenship process.

MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

The Client agrees that Italian Now LLC DBA Now Citizens will not be sued under this Contract. In the event that the Client or Now Citizens have any dispute for any reason under this Contract, arbitration of the issues will be the sole remedy.

The Client or Now Citizens may demand arbitration for any dispute, controversy, question, or disagreement that may arise out of this Contract. The Client or Now Citizens further agree to abide by the decision of the arbitrator as the first, last, and only judge of such disputes.

The following procedures will be used:
Upon written request from either the Client or Now Citizens, each party will select an arbitrator. The two (2) arbitrators will select a third arbitrator. If they cannot agree on the third arbitrator within thirty (30) days, the judge of a court having jurisdiction will appoint the third arbitrator. The Client will pay for the arbitrator that the Client selects, and Now Citizens will pay for the arbitrator that Now Citizens selects. The expense of the third arbitrator will be shared equally. All other expenses will be paid by the party incurring them.

Arbitration will take place in the State of Florida, and the Arbitration will take place in compliance with Florida Law.

Arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy for the settlement of disputes arising under this contract or out of it, including all claims for extracontractual and punitive damages. The decision of the arbitrators shall be final, conclusive, and binding and no action at law or in equity may be instituted by either party other than to enforce an award of the arbitrators, except as specifically provided for under Florida Law.

ENTIRE CONTRACT

This Contract contains the entire agreement of the parties regarding the subject matter of this Contract, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This Contract supersedes any prior written or oral agreements

AMENDMENT

This Contract may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and signed by both parties.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Contract shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Contract is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

WAIVER OF CONTRACTUAL RIGHT

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Contract shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Contract.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
